Delivery Times:
- United Kingdom: Your order will typically arrive within 6 - 10 working days.
- United States: Expect your order in 6 - 12 working days.
- Australia: Anticipate delivery in 7 - 14 working days.
- Canada: Your order should reach you in 7 - 14 working days.
- Europe: Delivery times range from 7 - 15 working days.
- Rest of the world: Please allow 10 - 15 working days for delivery.
Shipping Information
Kindly note that shipping times may be affected during busy periods, and we recommend checking with your preferred courier for their deadlines. We offer tracked delivery for all orders, shipped directly from our warehouse within 24-48 hours of order placement.
Late or Lost Orders
Ensure you provide the correct delivery address when placing your order. Avaria Jewelry bears no responsibility for missing parcels sent to the wrong address or if delivery is requested with a neighbor or placed in an outbuilding.
Countries We Cannot Ship To
Unfortunately, we are unable to ship to the following countries:

Returns
We offer a 30-day exchange or refund guarantee, starting from the date of delivery to the customer. Please note that we are not responsible for any customs charges (import duty or tax) on returns. All costs and charges associated with returning your order are your responsibility. We recommend using tracked shipping or obtaining proof of postage, as we cannot refund or exchange lost returns. Orders returned after the 30-day exchange or refund window will be sent back to the customer.
How to Request an Exchange or Refund
Please review our Refund Policy and follow the provided instructions. To qualify for a refund or exchange:
- Items must be unworn (except for trying on).
- Include all tags and packaging.
- Items not meeting these requirements are not eligible.
Exchange Policy
You may exchange your purchase within 30 days of receiving the items, provided they are unworn and in their original packaging. We will cover the cost of the first exchange from our warehouse. Subsequent exchanges will incur delivery costs.
Refund Policy
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method after they are received and processed at the warehouse. Please allow 7-14 days from the date of delivery for refunds to be issued. You will receive a notification once the refund is completed. Refunds will be credited to the same payment method used for the purchase.
Additional Costs
Please note that we are not responsible for customs charges (import duty or tax) on returns. You are responsible for all costs and charges associated with returning your order. We strongly recommend using tracked shipping or obtaining proof of postage to ensure successful returns, as we cannot refund lost returns.
Faulty Items
If you have received a faulty item, please contact support@avaria.com within 30 days of receiving the item(s). Include the following information in your email:
- Your order number.
- Description of the damaged item.
- Photographic evidence.
