Each of our precious pieces are composed of stainless steel that underwent a gold PVD coating process. Not only is it 9x more durable than traditional jewelry, it is also completely waterproof.

Avaria’s pieces have a strong PVD coating that makes them last longer and look better. You can wear them all the time, no matter what you do. They won’t change color or lose their shine even if you sweat, take a shower, or even swim with them.

Our jewelry has a PVD (Physical Vapor Deposition) coating that keeps it from changing color or losing its shine. With that said, no discoloration translates to no risks of having any sorts of marks on your skin.

  • To clean your Gold jewelry, make sure to always use a soft-bristled brush or cloth with warm water and detergent-free soap.
  • Don’t use anything abrasive to clean your jewelry.

We've showered with them, swam with them, sweated with them, and even worn them whilst slathered in lotion...

Guess what? They still look amazing! No rust, no fading, no dullness. Just pure bright shimmer! We've put our pieces through the wringer and they came out looking stellar.

Shipping Concerns

We are proud to offer free shipping via USPS for all our customers.

Important Notes:

  • The shipping estimate we show during checkout is an estimate and does not include weekends, holidays or any delays caused by the courier or by changing the delivery option.
  • If you order items that have different availability dates, your order may be shipped later or in separate packages.
  • The shipping fee is calculated before taxes and discounts and is non-refundable.
  • If you live outside of the US, Canada, Australia, United Kingdom or Germany, you may have to pay extra fees for customs and taxes. These fees are not set by Avaria and we cannot tell you how much they will be. Please check with your local customs office before ordering. We cannot refund you for these fees if you return your order.

For orders which have a delivery address within the United States, no duty fees or taxes will be charged upon delivery.

We regret to inform you that we do not offer shipping outside the US at this time.

However, we are actively exploring the possibility of expanding our shipping options and hope to provide international shipping in the near future. We appreciate your interest and support!

Not at all. Your signature won't be required upon delivery of any of our shipping services.

First of all, we sincerely apologize if we weren't able to meet the projected arrival time. As much as we wish we could control its arrival time, sadly, we can't.

Delivery time is the number of days it takes for your package to get to you after we ship it from our warehouse. It doesn’t include the time we need to get your order ready, or any delays that may happen along the way or at a pick-up point.

If your order is taking longer than expected and you don’t see any new update on your tracking number, please reach out to our Customer Support Team at support@avariajewelry.com and we'll be more than happy to be of your service!

As soon as we ship your order, we will send you a confirmation email wherein you can track your order.

In some cases, this email may end up in your spam folder, so please check there too. If you still have trouble finding the email containing your tracking number, feel free to reach over our Customer Support Team at support@avariajewelry.com.

Warranty & Returns

We’re working hard to ship your order as soon as we can, so we may not be able to cancel it right away upon request.

To request a cancellation, please send an email to support@avariajewelry.com with the name, email address and order number of the person who placed the order.

We’re doing our best to ship it as quickly as we can, but that also means we may not be able to apply changes straight away if you want to edit the items or the delivery details.

If you need to make a change, please email us at support@avariajewelry.com. If your order is still with us, our support assistant may be able to help you out.

As an Avaria customer, you are entitled to a 30-day return/exchange window from the day you receive your package.

To qualify for a refund, store credit, or exchange, the items must be in their original condition, without any scratches, wear marks, or other issues. Please take care to prevent necklaces from tangling and items from getting damaged/scratched during transport.

If we receive the items in a different condition than they were sent or after the 30-day window, we won’t be able to process your request. We also recommend that you use a trackable shipping service to return your items, as we are not responsible for lost packages or any problems that may occur during transit.

Depending on your location, it may take up to 20 business days for your return package to reach us. Once we receive it, we’ll process your refund, store credit, or exchange as soon as possible.

We’re happy to let you know that you can return any order via USPS, UPS, FEDEX, as long as your return package contains a tracking number.

If your order was delivered outside the US, no worries! Just email us at support@avariajewelry.com and we’ll help you with the return process.

Your refund will be processed as soon as our team checks the returned items at our warehouse. This can take up to 5 business days from the day we receive your package. Please note that it may take another 1 to 3 days for the money to show up in your account, since we use an international bank transfer.
